Blueberry French Toast Bake

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2-4
Ingredients:
Rolls/croissants/Italian bread
**chop in different sizes to fill 12x12 dish or 6in diameter castiron pan
3 eggs scrambled
4oz Yogurt **Vanilla, Plain, or Flavored
1tbp cinnamon
4tbp Brown Sugar
1 cup Frozen Blueberries!!!
**substitute any fruit
Directions:
Mix eggs, yogurt, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in a bowl.
Butter or spray your pan and place the the bread throughout the bottom. Spread out half the berries on the bread.
Pour mixture over pan, add additional berries where needed.
Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the additional 2 tablespoons of brown sugar on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy!!
This dish is perfect for parties!!! Just double the recipe if your feeding for 6+!! I usually double this recipe and make bacon, toast, scrambled eggs, etc. So with double I feed like 10+!!
